I just got my Master’s of Science in Climate Science & Solutions at Northern Arizona University. My intent is to understand and mitigate the effects of climate change on human health. I have seen the effects of our changing climate on health over the past 10-15 years with increases in allergies, auto-immune diseases, fatigue and arthritis, just to name a few. My passion is still to educate and help you have the tools and knowledge to help heal yourself. Part of that education will also be about caring for the individual and the environment in a sustainable way.
I am back in Sedona and back to work!
Thank you all for your patience during my absence!
I am in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. See below for more specifics.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM, is an amazing & powerful system to heal the body, mind and spirit that has stood the test of time. There is no ‘modern’ disease that either didn’t exist thousands of years ago, or that can’t at least be helped by Chinese medicine. TCM is based on practices to stay well, and getting back on track if you’re not. It uses food as medicine, herbal formulas, plus learning how to balance our lives to get and stay well and happy.
Traditional Health Works puts the emphasis on traditional health, not only on acupuncture. Traditional Health encompasses Chinese medicine, particularly herbal medicine, and also traditional ways of eating and being, even in our modern world.
And while complicated diseases should be treated by a trained practitioner, there are also many common, everyday issues that can be safely attended to at home by most people—given a little information.
That’s where I come in. I am passionate about teaching what I know so everyone can utilize this amazing and time tested form of medicine.
